It's that time of year again for us to clean our dust…. On August 30 we will be having our employee cleaning party.  That means all of you get to watch us get down and dirty.  We will have drink specials and food for all who want to come to the Rock to watch or maybe even help us if you would like to.  Either way come on down to the Rock and enjoy the fun.  A friend of mine, April will be our guest bartender for the evening.  Hope to see you here…

Wow what a contest we had…..First and foremost I would like to thank everyone for participating in this  contest.  We had some really fantastic singers.  The unfortunate part was that there could only be two winners of the cash prize.  I am so very glad that I did not have to be a judge in the last 2 weeks of the event because there was definately great singers in this contest.  The winners of the cash prize were,  Tiffany in the female catagory and Shane in the male catagory, They each won $1000.00.  2nd place was Heather and Eli, 3rd went to Michelle and Billy, 4th was Holly and Jesse, 5th was Melissa and Terry, and 6th was Anja and Steven.  I would also like to give a special Thanks to the Judges, Mike Merrell, Brian and Mike.  Sure am glad I wasn't in your shoes.   You guys did a great job.

Hey everyone don't forget the Karaoke Finals tonight (8/17/10) here at the Rock.  One lucky female and one lucky male will win $1000.00 each.  This is going to be an exciting night so be sure to come on in and enjoy the talent and cheer for your favorite singer…..

Congratulations to Tammy and Sammy!!!!  They are the winners of week 6 of our qualifying.  They will now move on to the semi finals.

Don't forget that the semi finals begin this tuesday, August 10th.

We are now serving Ultimate Bloody Marys every Saturday and Sunday from open until 5pm.  Come in and have your snack on a stick served in a Bloody Mary for just $4.00.

We are going to have another cookout….Labor Day!!!  Rick will be cooking for us on Monday September 6th.  Mike Merrell will be performing for us from 4:00 til 8:00pm.  We also welcome covered dishes.  So come on up to the Rock and enjoy good food, company and entertainment..

Hey everyone,  Don't forget that this Friday the 23rd of July it is Tina's Birthday.  I have heard from a good source that she will be coming in to party here at the Rock.  So everyone come party with her.

Congratulations to Heather, Milissa and Eli.  They are our winners for week 5 of the Karaoke Contest.  They will now move on to the semi finals that will begin on August 10th.

Just a reminder to everyone that there will be no contest this Tuesday July 27th.  Thomas will be out due to "Cruising the oceans".  The last chance to qualify will be August 3rd.
